The Modesto BCA League is a handicap league 
  that play on Wednesdays.  This is a "money" league
  (no trophies) and most of the money is distributed
  back to the players.  Weekly player dues are $8.00,
  A team sponsor fee of $50.00.  There is a $15
  BCAPL Dues per year.  The next session will
  start August 2012
